How do I create a Taylor Maid Cleaners account?

Your account will be created as soon as you book your first appointment with us. You’ll receive an email that will explain how to set up your account. Once your account is set up you’ll be able to easily login at https://taylormaidcleaners.launch27.com/login

Do you service my area?

Our service areas include Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, Zionsville and Greenwood, IN.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleanings include all services involved with cleaning your home or apartment like vacuuming or cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms and dusting. We also offer extra services like cleaning the inside of your oven and cabinets. As well as washing walls and the inside of windows.

How much will my cleaning cost?

We use a simple, flat rate pricing scheme based on the # of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home (under 2500 sq. ft.). Our pricing starts at $110/cleaning for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom home and just add $25 for each additional bedroom and $25 for each additional bathroom.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We will bring all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to complete your cleaning. However, if you have specific products or equipment that you own and would rather we used, feel free to let us know and we will happily do so.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. If there are extra services that you’d like that are listed on our booking page, just select those services and we’ll take care of them for you. If you’d like a service that’s not listed on our booking page, no sweat, just give us a call or shoot us an email and let us know what you need done and we’ll do everything in our power to take care of it for you.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Definitely. We understand how hard it can be to someone you’ve never met into your home. This is why we only work with honest, top quality cleaning professionals. All of our cleaners have been interviewed in-person, background checked and have our stamp of approval. If for some reason you have an issue with any of our staff, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately with any concerns.

What happens if something goes wrong during my cleaning?

If there are any issues with your cleaning you can contact our offices as soon as possible and we will take care of any problems. Visit our contact page for multiple ways to get in touch with us.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All cleaning professionals are interviewed, background checked and are both bonded and insured.

What is your 200% quality guarantee policy?

With our 200% quality guarantee if for some reason you are unhappy with your cleaning we will come back and address any issues, free of charge. If you are still not happy with the service we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.
